Throughout the summit, Sungrow unveiled a series of landmark developments, including diversified, scenario-driven solutions for a sustainable energy ecosystem—spanning PV-BESS integration, mining microgrids, EV charging, and PV-BESS-hydrogen applications—alongside multiple technological breakthroughs, new whitepapers, and real-world testing and case studies.

During the summit, Sungrow introduced PowerMatrix, a new system paradigm for renewable energy systems. Built on five core innovations—multi-port topology, native PV-storage integration, distributed control, reconfigurable energy paths, and source-level grid-forming—it integrates PV, storage, grid, and loads into a unified, multi-node energy network, where energy can be dynamically routed, balanced, and optimized in real time. As a result, this system-level redesign reshapes system stability, cost, and efficiency across the entire power chain. A key highlight was the introduction of PowerTitan 3.0, Sungrow's next-generation utility-scale energy storage system. Engineered for high profitability, enhanced safety, and robust grid-forming capabilities, the system integrates 600+ Ah stacked battery cells with a fully liquid-cooled SiC PCS, achieving a round-trip efficiency (RTE) of up to 92%. Featuring an AC block design that supports factory pre-installation and pre-commissioning, the system also enables self-configuration and self-check within one hour—enabling a 1 GWh project to be deployed in just 12 days.

  • AIDC Scenario

During the summit, Sungrow released the AI Data Center Full-chain Power Supply Solution White Paper, outlining key trends, challenges, and the evolution of power supply technologies for AI data centers. The paper presents a grid-to-chip solution based on the "Green–Gray–White" three-space architecture, designed to support MW-level racks and GW-scale clusters while enhancing safety, stability, and low-carbon performance. In addition, Sungrow will also launch a new generation of high-efficiency Solid-State Transformer this year.

  • Mining Microgrid Scenario

Sungrow jointly released a white paper on mining microgrid power solutions with TÜV Rheinland and China Electrotechnical Society. Bossard-Aktionäre kassieren 3.90 Franken – höhere Rendite, weniger ausgeschüttetes Volumen

Die Aktionäre der Bossard Holding AG setzen weiter auf Verlässlichkeit bei der Ausschüttung: Die Generalversammlung des Innerschweizer Verbindungstechnik-Spezialisten hat am 10. April 2026 eine unveränderte Dividende von 3.90 Franken je Aktie für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 beschlossen. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr bleibt der Betrag pro Titel damit stabil, während sich die gesamte Ausschüttungssumme dennoch leicht verringert. Bossard zahlt insgesamt 30.06 Millionen Franken an seine Anteilseigner aus – ein Rückgang um 2.43 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahr.

Am Tag der Hauptversammlung schloss die Bossard-Aktie an der SIX Swiss Exchange bei 156.00 Franken. Seit Montag wird das Papier ex Dividende gehandelt, was optisch zu teils deutlichen Kursabschlägen führen kann, ohne dass sich an den fundamentalen Daten unmittelbar etwas ändert. Auf Basis des beschlossenen Ausschüttungsbetrags ergibt sich für 2025 eine Dividendenrendite von 2.49 Prozent. Damit ist die Rendite höher als im Vorjahr, als sie 2.04 Prozent betrug – ein Effekt, der auch auf den gefallenen Aktienkurs zurückzuführen ist.

Die Kursentwicklung der vergangenen Jahre fällt für Investoren ernüchternd aus: Auf Drei-Jahres-Sicht hat die Bossard-Aktie rund 33.05 Prozent an Wert eingebüsst. Einschliesslich Dividenden summiert sich die tatsächliche Rendite auf minus 30.33 Prozent und liegt damit leicht über der reinen Kursentwicklung, bleibt aber deutlich im negativen Bereich. An der Börse kommt das Unternehmen derzeit auf eine Marktkapitalisierung von 1.202 Milliarden Franken. Auf Basis der aktuellen Bewertung weist Bossard ein Kurs-Gewinn-Verhältnis von 16.79 auf.

Operativ bleibt der Blick auf den Geschäftsverlauf gerichtet. Das Unternehmen hat für den 10.
